This American Amber/Red Lager style beer is brewed by Brooklyn Brewery in Brooklyn, New York. It has an amber-gold color, firm malt setting, refreshing bitterness and floral hop aroma. It’s smooth, refreshing, and versatile with food, making it a great choice at the game. Reviewers say it’s a solid lager, is unique and atypical, light and crisp, and goes down great on a hot day.

Sixpoint Sweet Action

This original Sixpoint brew is part pale ale, part wheat, and part cream ale. Reviewers enjoy the sweet flavor, and the opportunity it gives them to eat something different with their beer, such as sweet crackers, peanut butter and honey. It’s a great beer to enjoy with your roasted peanuts and Cracker Jacks. Other reviewers say it has a great aroma with a nice hop, is very smooth, a fantastic cream, and a zesty orange aroma. It’s definitely a favorite among patrons at the game.

Sixpoint Bengali Tiger

New to Citi Field, this draft is blaze orange in color, has an abundance of citrus hop bitterness, and a full pine and grapefruit aroma. Reviewers say it’s tasty and unique, lasts well in the sun, is worth trying, and has a touch of dryness without being overly dry. If you’re looking for something different to try at your next Mets game, this beer is for you.

Blue Moon

Blue Moon offers a Belgian White Belgian-style wheat ale that has the right amount of ingredients and imagination. The brew begins with a Valencia orange peel, and is added by oats and wheat, which creates a smooth creamy finish. The beer is typically garnished with an orange slice, which helps heighten the citrus taste. Reviewers enjoy the great taste of the brew, is smooth and fizzy, has an appealing wheat smell, and is great in the summer.

Third Shift Amber Lager

When MillerCoors released this brew, it was the first release in a series of award-winning beers. It’s not just about invention, but collaboration too. This smooth and easy drinking amber lager is well-balanced with a blend of sweet maltiness and a clean-hop bitterness. Reviewers say it has a slight bitterness, low-level of carbonation, and a decent flavor. It’s not nearly as watery as it may appear to be at first, and is very drinkable, with a dry, slight-bitter finish.

Goose Island Honkers Ale

This brew is one of several drafts served at Citi Field. It has a golden sunset color, fruity hop aroma, biscuity malt flavor, and soft body. Reviewers say it start bland, but starts to grow on them, has a nice sticky rocky head, mild aroma, has fruity and floral hop notes, and a semi-dry refreshing finish.

Citi Field offers all of these unique (and tasty) beers for your enjoyment.  So the next time you’re enjoying a Mets Game, be sure to try one of these six beers. Grab your Mets tickets for below box office price, guaranteed, and head out to the ballgame.
