When you have Knicks tickets, the option of eating healthy or vegan exists. Although options are limited inside the arena, you can still enjoy healthy cuisine while taking in the game at “The World’s Most Famous Arena.” Let’s take a look at the options available inside and around the arena.
Some pregame meal options outside of The Garden…

Salad isn’t the typical pregame food, but this is a place that is close to the heart of most New Yorkers. The DC-based chain restaurant uses organic ingredients from local farmers in their entrees like the Kale Caesar and Wild Rice Bowl. Freshly pressed juices or homemade frozen yogurt are a great closure to your meal.
Garden Kebab House – 52 West 31st St (between 7th and 8th Avenue), New York, NY 10001
This Mediterranean/Turkish restaurant is a unique alternative to the traditional pregame pizza or burger. Here you will find great apps like Humus, Tabule, and a Turkish Eggplant Salad. For dinner, you can feast on a Chicken Adana Kebab w/ fresh garden vegetables, Lehmacun and a variety of gyros and Falafels. Cap off the meal with desert such as Baklava, Kazan Dibi or Rice Pudding.
