This famous Brooklyn pizzeria got its way into the Barclay Center because they not only have New York’s best pizza, but arguably the best anywhere. The monstrous Sicilian slices are unique in that they have more sauce than the usual piece of pizza. Don’t let that deter you, this slice is a perfect 10.
Fresco’s by Scotto
Chicken meatball sliders, and gorgonzola-topped potato and zucchini chips
The most famous hot dog in all of America is in the building. The classic Nathan’s franks are on the main display but also try the Brooklyn Dog- topped with Fatty Cue celery slaw, blue cheese from Stinky Bklyn and Buffalo Bob’s sauce.
Brooklyn Bangers & Dogs
Saul Bolton, the Michelin-starred chef and mastermind behind Saul and Red Gravy. The dogs are made with beef brisket which has a smoky flavor to it. A favorite is the smoked white cheddar brat ($9.75). All the brats, sausages and dogs go on a pretzel bun and topped with mustard.
Fatty Cue BBQ
If you’re looking for more substance than brats, there are hearty sandwiches and a brisket-topped mac and cheese dish; they also have a four-cheese made with queso blanco, gouda, fontina and cheddar. One of the favorite sandwiches is pulled pork on banh mi bun with Brooklyn Brine pickles.
Calexico started out as a food cart and now have two restaurants in Red Hook and Greenpoint. They have chips, guacamole, nachos and tacos; the Calexico Baja fish tacos with chunks of beer-battered cod, spicy slaw, mango and chipotle sauce.
This world-famous bakery offers up its unbelievably portioned slices of cake. When you’re walking by the stand you always notice them just by their decadent display of goodness. They have all the favorites like red velvet, carrot cake and cheesecake ($8.75), the signature Nets cupcakes ($6.75) and the traditional black & white cookie ($5.00).
Blue Marble Ice Cream
This ice cream stand benefits from getting their bakes goods toppings from Junior’s. The concretes mixed with organic Blue Marble ice cream, cookies and cakes from Junior’s.
Their stand is inspired from their storefront in East Williamsburg. They only have three flavors at the arena: peanut butter & jelly, Nutella and dulce de leche.
The Sweet and Salty ($6.50), bar of milk chocolate with pretzel nuggets and buttery toffee pieces, as well as a snack bar with a blend of apples, pecans and almonds.
